Returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return / Refund Conditions

1. The product purchased via website can only be returned/refunded through the website. If purchased from a retail outlet or another partner online store, the customer must return it through their supplier’s established return channel.
2. The returning product should be in its original damaged condition and include all accessories shipped with the product. In such a case, email us at online.sales@multynet.com.pk within 24 hours of receiving the product.
3. Any product purchased on promotional price can only be returned under warranty claims.
4. Any product having operational issues cannot be returned if it has been used, but it can be claimed in warranty.
5. MULTYNET offers a 72 working hours policy. In case of a damaged product being delivered, we will pick up the product within 72 working hours.
6. To initiate a return/refund, customer should email online.sales@multynet.com.pk or call +92 311 7772096.
7. If the product is purchased via cash on delivery, it will require 7 days to transfer the refund to an associated bank account submitted by the customer once the refund is approved by the head office.
8. Company reserves the right to approve or disapprove a refund.
9. For products purchased via credit/debit card, bank transfer or mobile wallet using our payment partner JazzCash, it will require 7 days to transfer the refund once approved by the head office.
10. In case of refund, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Exchange Policy

1. Change of mind or preference will not be catered in exchange policy.
2. The product will be eligible for exchange if it is damaged, defective, or does not match the product ordered.
3. In case of exchange, customer will bear the shipping and handling charges.
