TERMS & CONDITIONS:
This warranty card certifies that your LED TV carries two year panel & one year parts’ warranty from the date of purchase. After three months from the purchase date home visit charges will be paid by the customer.
- This warranty card must be properly filled by the Dealer/Shop keeper stamped and dated at the time of purchase.
- Company will provide spare parts free of cost within warranty period once Panel & Main PCB with new or functional except cabinet controllers, switches and other plastic related parts.
- Led TV pick-up & delivery at service center will be customer’s responsibility.
- Company will deduct amount of missing parts/ accessories/packing from customer/dealer in case of unit replacement.
- To claim the warranty customer should have the original purchase receipt in hand.
THE WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID IF:
- In case the warranty card is left unfilled, tempered or modified.
- Any tempering found with the set by any unauthorized technician or used parts not provided by the company.
- Modifying/tempering with serial number or modifying/tempering/breaking the seal of the product.
- The product is damaged by accident, misuse, improper installation, abnormal transportation, food or liquid spill, insect infestation or any natural disaster.
- Short circuit is caused by cable current or high voltage by WAPDA.
To claim warranty, the customer must have the original product receipt.
